Greenside Group Practice

The Greenside Group Practice is based on two sites, one at 88 Greenside Road and one at 26 Lennard Road, both in the Broad Green area. We are open to patients from 8.30am to 6.30pm every weekday, although the telephones are answered by a receptionist from 8.00am. We also offer late night appointments on a Thursday at Greenside and on a Tuesday at Lennard Road, until 7.30pm.

This website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you. 

As well as a source of information about our practice, the doctors and other staff and also the services we provide, we hope that you will use this website as a useful resource for health-related information.

Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

Cancelling your Appointment

Please ring and cancel your appointment should you no longer need it. There is a huge amount of wasted GP and nurse time where people have not turned up for their booked appointments. We do not mind if you have to cancel your appointment, just please let us know so that your appointment may be given to someone else who needs it.

Home Visits

Home visits should be regarded as a service for the genuinely housebound or seriously ill. They are time consuming and their misuse can disadvantage those in genuine need. The doctor can see three patients at the surgery in the time that it takes to make one home visit. Please be prepared to give details to the receptionist. The doctor may telephone you before arranging a visit.

Please telephone before 10am if you require a home visit.
